My commitment to the citizens of Henrico County:
- I will show up to work every day!
- I will enforce the laws and hold criminals accountable.
- I will see to it that victims and their families have their Day in Court and are no longer ignored!
- I will work with victims and their families, the community, the schools, the Judiciary, the Defense Bar, law enforcement and the General Assembly to combat the crime that is plaguing our county.
- I will NOT legislate from my position, focus on social issues or seek to make examples out of law enforcement.
- I will encourage a positive relationship between the community and law enforcement.
- I will hold my staff to an extremely high standard of accountability. It will be my responsibility to be a good steward of the county resources, to that effect I will ensure that those resources will not be exploited or wasted.
- I will always support law enforcement in their efforts to combat crime in our county.
